Always great customer service. Only complaints I have is that when they had a sale and I needed to replace boots that were "too worn" for repair, they could not get my size in for almost a year. They still honored the sales price though.

This is my second pair of mountain 400. Best boot on the market!! Bar-none!! I’ve worn them in every western state hunting deer, elk, antelope, and in every weather condition from 1500 ft elevation to 11,550 ft. Couldn’t have covered the paths I have without them. I ordered some gaiters and a leather belt. The salesman told me to order the wrong size belt, when I went to send back the belt to get the right size, they wanted to charge me shipping again instead of just sending the right size I canceled the belt and ordered from another company.

Since I have devoted my outdoor hunting boot collection to strictly Kenetrek and used their wax to waterproof my boots to guarantee their warranty for the bonding of leather to rubber, I have subsequently used only their wax on ALL my boots, western cowboy and otherwise! BEST THERE IS!!
