I got boots for christmas but my husband ordered the wrong size. Because they had sat under the tree for so long- we were past the return date policy. I called the bozeman office and explained our situation they immediately said i could return them. Exchanged for the correct size. They were promt and kind. Once we got our first big snow i used the boots for days and my feet NEVER got cold and the tread was amazing. No slipping or sliding. I have nothing but the best things to say about kentrek, the Bozeman office and these boots.

The boots fit, but are tighter and smaller than one would expect for the price. Nice quality, but the comfort is not as great as one would would expect for the price point. This comes from someone who has been in law enforcement for 25 years and the military for 22.

My B/B Ranch Hounds booth was next to Kenetrek at the TTH show in Dallas. I couldn’t help my self from purchasing another great pair of boots.

Had a pair of Lacross boots of the same design but they were really floppy on foot. These looked more form fitting in picture amd they are. But like other reviews mentioned they are still too loose around heal and ankle. Good for quick trips just dont want to walk much in them.

I recently had a minor issue with a pair of LPC boots. Thanks to your excellent customer service team it was quickly handled and resolved. I had a brief conversation with a representative and was given easy instructions on making a return using a free "return shipping label. " Even though I had worn the boots a few times I received a free replacement pair within just a couple of weeks! Special THANKS to Patrick for hand picking the perfect pair!
