Delicious Dublin style stout, the Talos keg leaves a delicious creamy head too, without the need for a dedicated nitrogen tank!.

I pitched the yeast directly into the fermenter and was surprised how quickly the fermentation had begun. Fermentation had finished in three days at 20 °C but left it for 7 days ramping up to 22 °C and then cold crashing. Now waiting for the tasting in another week. I like it.
