quick delivery to south oz, got the gravity to 1052 and pitched 1pk of cellar science english yeast at 18c and was done by day 7, ramped up to 21c till day 12, cold crashed 2 days and kegged at 10psi for 2 weeks, first pint was bloody amazing with a nice creamy head. definitely keen to brew this one again
