I brewed mine at 28 degrees for 7 days, hopped on day 7 for 2 more days at 28, crashed on day 9, racked on day 10. Was drinking day 11 and it was great.

My Kegland order had its usual standard of exelance. Packing and shipment was super fast. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and delivered in Central Victoria on Thursday. Giving me the ability to brew on Friday.

Clean fast and hot! Jungle yeast leaves subtle notes on the palate for your grains and hops to shine thru. First time I’ve fermented up to 26deg! Will definitely use again. I named this beer Jungle Hazy!

I can't believe how much easier this system makes brewing. No more lugging hot water around, siphening, dealing with multiple containers. My first brew I was able to keep the mash temp within 0. 5 degrees of target, and it boils super quick. Recommend getting the temp probe and jacket as well.
