I like your products.

I'm in rural SA and internet connection is not great. So a basic operation/ instructions book would have saved me allot of time. The chiller should come with fittings for the price but other than that I can't fault it. Cleanup is faster and easier than BIAB method and I'm getting higher gravity from same recipes. Recommend if your considering upgrade from BIAB method.
