Overall a good experience. However finding the process to click and collect was not very intuitive and required a phone call to customer service for advice. One explained very simple.

It works amazingly with any kind of yeast or hop rest. Just leave it with warm water over the night and rinse it.

Good range of products. I was after some baking products (specialty pizza flour and yeast) rather than brewing supplies but they had what I wanted at a reasonable price with reasonable postage. Happy to purchase here. Will purchase again when the need arises, as these products aren't available locally.

My old element went pop. This was a direct replacement, it was a simple install no welding just do up the nut. It works great heating my 50L keg. About 1 hour to get to a boil.

great build quality, weighty, no nooks for deposits or germs to hide, I use it with a 60L fermenter and the handle is too short, so i get my hands dirty, even though this is the biggest heavy duty metal paddle i could find
