Shipping was okay, products arrived in two different orders about 1 week apart.

I replaced the factory lights on my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport. These are not the annoying LED you pass and have to oncoming lights blink for you to dim. They are brighter than the factory and actually can tell the differnec between low and high settings. Love them and recommend for those who don't need a 1k solution for lights.

Lights aren’t working and the wiring harness was incorrect… Shroud for sprinter van kit did not fit properly on the van. They said they are working on a replacement shroud.

I like the classic style with the round lights of the Bronco, so it looks great. Negatives: Visible red and black small wires come out from the lamp into an older style waterproof connector, only 6" from the light. This means the ugly connector is out there swaying in the wind, or you have to cut it off and splice in extra wire and use heat shrink (what I did). The wiring kit was also a foot too short to connect both lights, so more splicing. Customer support said they would have sent a free extension if I had called earlier. Looks like they sent me spots instead of the spread beam I ordered, but I'd already cut the lights, so I was stuck. When I called and discussed all this, support offered me 10% off LIST price on a different product, which was still more than I could buy from a distributor online. I like the look more than the LED option and run in town mostly, so I just kept them on. I have another brand on the Bronco for fog lights who seems to be more user friendly.
