Apparently I need special shoes for these? I assembled the unit, but never got the shoes. I also had no option to choose my shoe size. I'm probably going to do a chargeback if I don't get them by the end of the month. My VR room is too small to have this in an unusable state.

The wrong size shoes were sent and I was unable to locate a phone number, only an email address. I sent an email but have received no response.
