The manuals are not clear like , usb cable in motion sensor (see picture) where does the other end of the usb cable go ?

the app works showing all the movement trackers and battery levels, yet no games work with it. waste of 1000 bucks and cant wait for full refund

Catastrophe! Goal: use the Loco S sensors with Nexus using my Quest 3, on the same network. - You must first know a little about networks, configuration and connection. If you can't do it, you can't go any further - You must transform your META account into a developer account. If you can't do it, you can't go any further - You must install software on a PC: KAT Gateway. If you can't do it, you can't go any further - You must install a specific application on the VR headset by following a procedure that is very poorly described and non-standard. If you can't do it, you can't go any further This application is only installed if the USB connection is made between the headset and the Windows Kat Gateway program. This connection rarely, if ever, works. There are many people on forums (reddit, . . . ) who explain their problems. They also explain that KAT-VR knows the problem without providing a concrete solution. The only alternative solution is to install yet another Sidequest Gateway software on PC: you still have to create an account, download the software on PC that will be used to communicate with Quest to transfer this application. But this application does not exist anywhere. You can find it on your computer, in the KAT Gateway directory, if it has managed to download it once. If you do not have it, it is impossible to go further If it is not the right version, the configuration and connection will be of poor quality, or even will not work. There is a strong risk that you will not be able to go further. All YouTube videos refer to obsolete software versions. The documentation is obsolete: the images are not those of the current versions. I managed to install everything after 10 hours! but no games work. What they never tell you: sensors and treadmills are not compatible with all games. For those that can be compatible, they must be configured in a certain way: which implies developer status/mode. The specific Gateway application on the headset will transform set...

Biggest nightmare purchase of my life. This $1000 purchase turned very quickly into $2500. I also requested an exchange for the shoes i cant use, but Kat-vr isnt responding. Kat-VR has a moral obligation to ensure the product is accurately advertised. I bought the c2 core because it is "compatible" with the quest. Come to find out, It's not unless you also have a PC. But they don't mention that on the product page. And now that Kat-vr has ignored my requests for an exchange im going to guess that i also must buy ANOTHER pair of shoes. Its one problem after another.

Good product to get going forward work the best I don’t like how backwards and side to side movement work got it on a sale for 170 so am happy with it as I basically get no cyber sickness now but I have only had it for one day so I can probably get over the problems I have with practice overall I recommend this device .

If you live in the US, tech support online, via email, is only available after 9p. The site says 24 hour support, but that's sale support.

Missing power cable for the treadmill and it's been weeks and no one responds to email to at least tell me what kind of power cable it is.
