In all honesty, it is a "working" product. A bit fiddly to set up and use though. Latency is noticeable but can be gotten used to. Has trouble reading positioning if not facing the gateway. Has trouble reading positioning if gateway is not within 2'. Still refining how to use this but overall Id say a nice sign of things to come with VR.

Although I gave it a 5 star. This is mostly due to their exceptional cust9mer care. I placed the orde and was2n't sure when to redeem the freebies reached out to customer care and they sorted me out. My experience assembling the treadmill was exhausting and once I was done. I was missing a few screws for the bsckplare covers. I will have to figure that out. All and all. It's a gane changer for any VR enthusiast.

I was worried about assembling it by myself, but the video explained everything in detail, so it wasn’t difficult. I assembled the product last night, but I couldn’t use it yet because I was thinking about how to organize the cables. I am looking forward to using it today. The best part was that they kindly responded to my questions and requests. I really appreciated it!

Good product so far. Work great even with a usb extension cable of 20 feet. Only thing i cant reach the floor when i want to kneel down a couple of inch lower on the track would be good but other then that nothing beat the reactivity of this. It can be pretty intense if you run. Better exercise training you always over pass your limit because you dont want to fail on your game. I play airsoft and i feel more exausted after a good session in this, then a entire day of airsofting.

My order did not include everything I paid for. Entire purchase is useless without the missing item.

I got a free extra pair of shoes without asking which was a nice gesture. And while it didn’t get here as fast as the website initially advertised, it did get here in about a week. It was packaged well and had everything I needed. The only real issue I had was the instructions on how to build it. The video could have been helpful, but they went so fast on steps, without showing me the context of what I was putting together. Meaning, they’d show screwing in something, but they didn’t zoom out to show you which direction it should be facing, and there wasn’t enough context clues to correctly interpret. So I’d end up putting a couple things together backwards. And I watched other streamers put theirs together and they get confused in the same spots. So for next time, I hope they keep that in mind. But it was a painless shopping experience.

I ordered 2 C2 cores for myself and my wife. Both were delivered in a pretty timely fashion and for free! That's quite impressive, given the weight of them.
