Always great when an outdoor company stands by their product, but Kammok went way beyond to help me get some replacement snaps for a crosswing that I had picked up second hand. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything directly from them now.

Excellent customer service and great product!

Thank you for helping me replace the rain fly for my hammock!  The customer reps were super friendly and helpful. Two comments: 1: the new rain fly was missing one of the center support lines but I was able to take one off the old fly and install it. 2: the new rain fly does not have the little velcro pockets to store the support and guy lines.   I loved this feature on the old rain fly (I did think the pockets needed to be a little bigger).

The customer service rep I spoke with was helpful but gave some incorrect information on what brackets I would need for my desired set-up. Make sure to double check their information with your own logic before you purchase.

So far enjoying a great crosswing, suffered a little damage but the company quickly came up with a solution that I am waiting for it to be delivered and back into regular track even though it still works but not with the same efficiency

I have the swiftlet from before Kammok rebranded itself, and they STILL stand behind their products and warrant after all these years. I hammock sleep full time in my swiftlet (I have several hammock stand brands and hammocks) and noticed a defect in the short bar attachment and Kammok didn’t hesitate to replace it. They were compassionate and gracious in communications, and quick to act, knowing I hammock sleep full time. I received my stand as a gift several years ago…then bought their hammock and other accessories to support a local business them discovering they were a TX company. It’s the first warranty claim I’ve made and I’m wildly impressed.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, product came in quickly, best packaging and quality I’ve seen so far. Installation was easy, and even though I needed custom installation hardware – customer service was able to provide me with what I needed quickly and at almost no cost.

We used the all in one hammock system with an added under-quilt over one wet, windy weekend. Setup was a relief, no knot tying was needed. The camper remained warm and dry all weekend. Warm+Dry=Happy. I would caution you not to pull the screen guy lines too tight. We had a blow-out, but Kammok has sent a replacement bug screen at no cost. Thanks for the warranty. Have already recommended this system to others.

Comfy & great size. There are some threads loose from the seams; I’m hoping it is merely cosmetic.

I have called Kammok a few times and each time I immediately get a person who is be eh knowledgeable and helpful.

It's great. It's warm. Beware of campfire sparks like any blanket with nylon. Fantastic as a indoor throw blanket as well or poor man's squirrel suite.

My two year old hammock failed and Kammok fulfilled the life time warranty in less than a week! Amazing customer service.

For the Okay rating: First let me say the Kammok Awning I purchased for my Rivian is GREAT!!! Well made, works as advertised, not too bad pulling it out to set it up retracting to close. But here are my comments: I purchased several accessories from Kammok to supplement the awning. The Shade Panel; Pole Pack; Vertical Bracket. The shade panel and pole pack I have not used in the field as of this writing, but I did set it up in my garage and I think they will work fine. The Vertical Brackets I have a problem with. I’m not able to leave the awning on my truck, it will not fit in the garage if I left the awning on in place. So, I need to remove it when I’m not using it after I return from my fishing trips. The bottom bolt on vertical bracket does not match with the Rivian bracket on the awning so I’m not able to store it securely. I would have thought that the hardware were designed so they would be interchangeable??? Not so! I don’t think too many customers leave the awning on the truck all the time, so the need for a spare vertical bracket that can be mounter somewhere in the garage and works with the Rivian bracket is critical for storing it! I also did not realize how heavy the awning is to remove and reinstall. It’s very sturdy so I guess that is the trade off for the weight. Even with two of us installing and removing the awning it is a struggle. I understand that this part of the design but just wanted to point that out. I live in Hawaii and I noticed that the shipping via USPS was a very long time. Not sure what the delay was but I’ve gotten things from the East Coast in half the time? Strange from Texas to Hawaii is a longer time frame? As I mentioned it is a great product once I have it installed! Thanks for allowing me to rant! Alan
