I really like this up hammock. I wish the bag was large enough to hold straps also. I don't like multiple bags and bag for bags. Otherwise a great little hammock. If you are over 5'9" might be too short. Extremely easy to set up

Customer support is slow to respond. While they addressed my issue of a component that needed to be replaced as it was shipped with messed up threading they didn't even offer to expedite shipping.

My Swiftlet hammock stand arrived
My Swiftlet hammock stand arrived with a damaged part that subsequently damaged a second part while installing. Customer Service was very helpful and had the replacement parts in shipping less than 2 business days later.

Excellent Quality
I purchased the swiftlet to use indoor and outdoor. I have paired it with the double roo. I have used it both indoors and outdoors and it have loved it. You are able to gently swing and feel secure without a sense that the hammock will tip over. Chair mode is great to use when gathering with family for conversations around the campfire.
