Shipping was incredibly fast, and the staff has been very friendly and responsive. I ordered the scooter on a Friday night, and it would have arrived on Monday, if not for a FedEx shipping delay due to inclement weather.

Kaabousa, responded to all of my questions via email to the point where I thought that I was harassing them and they shipped it way too fast, I was surprised! FedEx did quite a bit of damage to the carton but the contents were protected by the heavy styrofoam packing. The main reason I ordered through Kaabousa is because they were the only of two companies (out of 4) that responded to my questions in regard to their products and I wanted to make sure I had a company that would be there to service me in the future.
