Shipping quick and scooter arrived without any issues

Warrior X Makes my old scooter look like a toy Old one was a cheapo $200 scooter that i can no longer ride because it feels like a 6 ft 200 pound man trying to ride in a toy jeep for children. Looks insanely intimidating at first but has absolutely no reason to ever do so its a smooth ride with good shocks and nice lighting. The headlight does list a little off center to where im driving after i set it but its not bad enough to impact visibility or anything. Menus are a little hard to navigate and completely impossible without the manual. First day i took it out there was snow on the ground and i fishtailed completely sideways and didnt feel like i had lost the smallest amount of control the entire time and easily brought the back wheel in line at 12 mph no problem. Please make the menus a little easier to navigate without the manual Custom lighting would be nice if it doesnt have it. If it does i didnt find it. The documentation on it was very very poor when i needed it please update them to correct models.

Customer support and service at KaaboUSA are exceptional. I highly recommend visiting them in person to test ride their scooters if you are in the area and looking for a scooter.

Customer service was awesome. I reached out because my rotor was bent in shipping and even though it wasn’t a part of warranty I was still sent a replacement for free. Definitely will be looking into getting the GT or gtr sometime soon
