Everything with Kaabo has been fantastic, i got the mantis king gt, a steering stabilizer and a fast charger and it's by far the most awesome scooter I've ever had. The one and only issue was Fedex ground shipping was a nightmare. You have to be home to sign for the scooter so i took off work and was home all day and 3 straight days Fedex drivers pulled into the parking lot, took a picture of the parking lot, never knocked on my door or left a door tag and then marked it as "recipient unavailable" (it's easily accessible, no codes or obstacles, no reason for them to do this. I spent hours on the phone with customer service but Fedex ridiculous, they kept saying they had no way to contact the drivers or their managers and there was nothing they could do. In the fourth delivery attempt I literally got a chair and sat in the parking lot until i saw the Fedex truck arrive, then i stood in its path and blocked it from leaving so the driver couldn't just snap a picture of the lot and mark "recipient unavailable". So Fedex ground was insanely frustrating, but everything about Kaabo products and their customer support is terrific! So if you have an option to request the package be shipped by anyone besides Fedex you definitely want to do that (i did a lot of googling and apparently fedex does this all the time to everyone, not just me).

Have been riding Mantis 10s for 4 years. This is nothing like your previous Mantis 10. It's like comparing a Cessna 180 to an F-18. Rocket fast and Smooth as silk. Incredible suspension. Cannot recommend the King highly enough. Hewlett

Shipping quick and scooter arrived without any issues

Warrior X Makes my old scooter look like a toy Old one was a cheapo $200 scooter that i can no longer ride because it feels like a 6 ft 200 pound man trying to ride in a toy jeep for children. Looks insanely intimidating at first but has absolutely no reason to ever do so its a smooth ride with good shocks and nice lighting. The headlight does list a little off center to where im driving after i set it but its not bad enough to impact visibility or anything. Menus are a little hard to navigate and completely impossible without the manual. First day i took it out there was snow on the ground and i fishtailed completely sideways and didnt feel like i had lost the smallest amount of control the entire time and easily brought the back wheel in line at 12 mph no problem. Please make the menus a little easier to navigate without the manual Custom lighting would be nice if it doesnt have it. If it does i didnt find it. The documentation on it was very very poor when i needed it please update them to correct models.

Customer support and service at KaaboUSA are exceptional. I highly recommend visiting them in person to test ride their scooters if you are in the area and looking for a scooter.
