I had an issue with the first one, but you guys took care of it right away with free shipping and no hassles, I'm waiting on a few accessories that were missing, other than that I'm pleased with the communication and follow-up, and already eyeing the GT.

bought a mantis 10 lite that was used with 1. 1 miles on the odo. showed up about 4 or 5 days after ordering, in great condition, no issues so far. would recommend for walking/biking paths as i believe top speed on level 5 was in the mid 30s. Not a urban commuter unless you have sidewalks, but I knew this before purchase. So again no complaints. 10/10would recommend company and products

Credit card payment had problems, could have a better user interface and/or customer service. More detailed specs would also help. I had to wait till I got the scooter so I could measure the handlebar for a mirror; etc. . However the products, shipping etc are all top notch.

Shipping was pretty standard. Not an issue at all and was updated along the way. Only issue was receiving a tire that didn’t fit my mantis 10. But honestly my communication with customer service makes up for it. I’m retuning it, luckily the issue was only with the tube I also got just in case it was the tube to begin with. Overall, great customer service makes up small for inconveniences in my opinion.
