Pregnancy brain is such a real thing especially when you go back to work. There is no easy fix and it isn't easy just getting back into the routine you were in before. Consistently taking for a few months now it has made such a difference! It doesn't take me 3-5 business days to remember things. It has slowly helped me get back mentally where I would like to be. Sleeping is my biggest downfall and I have started to have a more consistent sleep schedule. Just buy it ok? Stop questioning it.
