I’ve waited awhile to write my review, but today is the day. I’ve been using this product since its birthday, and would preferably not go a day without it. It was out of stock for a while (iykyk), which turned into a cool experiment for me to track how my sleep, focus, and energy was without the product. Long story short, it wasn’t good without brain food. I now know without a doubt there is not a placebo effect, it actually works. It’s my #1 supplement, as a stay at home mom, business owner, home school mom, farmer, ect ect you get the point my life is busy. I don’t crash in the afternoon, I consume less caffeine, my cravings are minimal, and my sleep is as best as it can be during this stage of life. Thank you Justin for this product!

I’m on my 3rd bottle of BF but I’ve made a conscious effort to take it CONSISTENTLY every day. Sleeping has improved ! My memory has gotten even better - I feel Shaper during the work day. Multitasking while being efficient and productive! I also noticed increased sex drive. Is that even possible ? Thanks for a bomb ass product.
