This sample pack was the perfect way to see which ones my little girl likes best! I have a almost 5 month old Yorkie pup who only weighs 3lbs and I believe this is the best food I could have her on and she loves it! We will definitely continue to get this food

my dogs are super happy. They love the taste. I love that it is filled with the good stuff. No additives. I love that it is filled with protein and fiber. The vegetables are great too. I also like that it is human grade. Nothing but the best ingredients. i did receive a free sample but i am happy i did. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall satisfied with JustFoodForDogs but I’m a little unhappy right now because my dog was doing great on metabolic support food and then they changed the recipe to include ingredients that would be problematic for him so had to change to different food from JFFD that caused his stools to become too loose

My last order arrived in a semi-frozen state. Gel packs thawed. No response to my customer service contact. Disappointed due to the high cost of the product.

I was looking for a vitamin powder for my homemade dog food. JFFD offered it at a great introductory price. I have three dogs so I ordered three bags. It took 7 days and I received one bag. I contacted customer service immediately and they sent me an email within 24 hrs. that they will refund the rest of my order. But, I won't get the bags I have to reorder at the introductory price. So, they refunded the sale price and now I have to repurchase at full price. No, thank you. This is not good customer service. This is not honoring the deal you offered. Not a good start to a relationship with this company. Do better.

My dog really enjoyed JustFoodForDogs JustFresh Sensitive Stomach. I like that it’s made with fresh-looking ingredients and is specially formulated for dogs with sensitive stomachs. It was easy to serve, and my dog ate it right away without any issues. I would definitely consider purchasing it again!

I purchased the food for our dog Tashi after he came home from the vet hospital after having his gallbladder removed. He's become very picky throughout his illness. He loved it for a day. Now he won't touch it. Customer service was amazing and we received a full refund and we have donated the food to a local shelter

Took a minute to try to figure out what my very picky dog liked, but the company stuck with me and really helped me through the process my only wish was they had coupons available, but I am happy to give up my once a week coffee & doughnut lol I know she is going to be around a lot longer because of the healthy habits we are instilling in her

Hello, I recently brought my senior dog, Jenny in after being away on vacation. We are new customers, having only tried your food 2 other times, but my 15 year old senior really loved the food. I got to the store and had issues with my phone’s tap to pay system and could not purchase her food. The cashier was super helpful trying to assist me with my phone but ultimately we were unable to get the payment to work. I said I would be back later to get Jenny’s food and one of the other employees- who I can only assume was a manager, but I did not catch her name- she offered me a free bag of food for Jenny so that she did not go hungry! It was so unbelievably kind and as a new customer, I will only be purchasing my pup’s food here from now on. Thank you for such an amazing experience and for truly putting Jenny’s needs above anything else!

As my dog gets old I worry that the food I feed him is related to his stomach upset. The food makes us both feel good. I received a free sample and love that it is human grade food food formulated to be easily digested. Works like a charm and he loves the taste.
