I really wanted this food to work. This was my first order, and I bought three different proteins because I wanted to find the one my dog liked best. I introduced each recipe one at a time and finished each protein before moving on to the next so she could transition properly. She liked the first one, wasn’t a fan of the second, and completely refused the third. By the time I realized the food just wasn’t going to work for her, I had gone slightly over the 30-day window. What really disappointed me wasn’t the refund itself - it was how I was treated. I was initially told my refund request would be reviewed, so I genuinely thought they were going to honor it. Instead, I was later told it was denied because I was outside the 30-day policy. I then emailed customer service on June 17. They didn’t respond until July 19 - over a month later. After making me wait that long, their final response was that, for “security purposes,” they couldn’t process the refund and that I should contact my bank. That’s it. No explanation of what “security purposes” meant, no attempt to help, just “contact your bank. ” I understand companies have policies, but customer service is what separates a premium company from everyone else. I spent a lot of money, followed the proper transition process, and gave their product a fair chance. Instead of trying to help a first-time customer, I was met with generic responses and weeks of silence. If you’re thinking about trying JustFoodForDogs, I hope your dog loves it - because if it doesn’t work out, don’t expect customer service to stand behind you. There are plenty of other premium dog food companies that value their customers. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.

Jasper has chicken allergies and is a very picky eater. He loves the beef and the lamb meals! He has even eaten the fish one and he never likes fish. He eats his dinner every night and nothing goes to waist. My picky Yorkiepoo loves Just For Dogs!

Since the day we brought her home, we have struggled getting our pup to eat. She is now one and a half years old. Meal times were still challenging until about 6 weeks ago when we finally decided to try JFFD. We started with the Turkey and Macaroni recipe and have now tried the Chicken and Rice recipe. She loves them both! I think the video speaks for itself! We are a fan!

I have been trying to tell customer service that there is something wrong with their app for 2 days now and get treated like an idiot. I am unable to reschedule my order and they continue to provide the same instructions time after time eventhough I continue to tell them that It don't work. Their response to problems is slow and I am frustrated to the point of looking for another dog food company.

Daisy loves her kidney special diet food. Moist, no kibble, smells wonderful. She wasn’t crazy about other renal food.

What a wonderful thing to get this delivered and a food I cannot get from any of the other fresh dog food services!! A fresh venison is a standout product!! For a dog like mine with extreme allergies this has been life changing!

Our two havanese sisters are very picky. We’ve tried almost every kind of healthy fresh, raw, or flash frozen dog foods. This is by far their favorite. They gobble it up and always want more. Their weight is perfect and the poops are well formed with plenty of fiber. We have used Just Food for Dogs for many years trusting their awesome in-store service and the quality of their ingredients. And in recent years, so MANY alternatives including DIY meals which we have also made with the beef and potato. We love JFFD!!

My dogs love it! Normally, my husky is super picky and will go days without eating because he doesn’t want his food. Since adding this as a topper to his dry food, we have not had any issues with him eating!! Our little chihuahua terrier mystery meat mix loves it as well, and it provides her all the nutrients she needs now that she can’t eat hard food!!

My doodle loved the chicken and rice do nutrient blend with the omega oil. Easy to follow recipe for batch cooking and my doodle loves it! Will buy again and will try the other nutrient blends!
