The shipping was super quick, the product was well packaged, customer service were super helpful when we got stuck. My son loved the welcome box and all the extra little goodies.

First, because of its straightforward design, it was incredibly fun to put together for the family. (Kids ages 9, 7, 4) we have enjoyed having our first trampoline. So in terms of quality we have nothing to compare it to. I will say I drive by other cheaper trampolines with netting falling apart and wide open entrance and I like to think the extra cost will be worth it down the road. Certainly feels like it was built to last. 5/5 experience so far.

Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Make sure to pay attention to the direction “dimples” on the bars face so you don't install the bottom backwards like I did at first.
