You guys and girls are awesome when we orfered through shop pay and it automatically reverted to an old address thats just sold for demolition we panicked and within 10 minutes your team corrected the issue and not only that yous honoured the dale when I asked for an extra day near labour weekend. Yous were awesome glad we put the time and research into this brand rather than the generic local shop this company delivers quality, respect and compassion and understanding with all their customers. The design the instructions of this product are well set out everyrhing fits perfectly in place and easy still a 2 person job but theres no guess work its well set and designed for easy assemble, no missing parts or trying to figure the guide book just simplicity

Easy to assemble and all components felt decently built. Went with a spring trampoline because I heard they have better bounce but after putting this together and jumping on the neighbours Vuly I’d honestly say go for springless - it’s a smoother jump and no annoying squeaking which this has heaps of.

Trampoline is great! Fit and finish are excellent and this has become a daily exercise playtime routine for our family. We had some problems getting all the parts shipped out but jump flex shipped out the correct parts with extras on the next business day.

On the 15th of Oct I was able to get my 17ft put together and it is fun and very bouncy. I purchased this for my 4 year old and perhaps myself! The overall quality is fantastic and worth its higher cost than an Academy Sports trampoline. However, I do think the instructions could be tweaked a bit as it was a bit confusing on the "green dots" portion. They were not on the correct sides and it had me for a few minutes. I think some simple better color coding would help to line it up easier. Would I buy another? Absolutely!

Jumpflex Products and staff are great.

We have had this trampoline for 2 years now, my kids play on it nearly everyday. We ended up with a hole in the netting that I saw yesterday, I emailed the contact info on the website and had a response within an hour or two! My replacement parts for the lifetime warranty are on the way and I wouldn't be more happy with my experience
