Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pro active about our suggestion to have a cover for over the winter months to protect the 2 trampolines we purchased at christmas time and the beginning of the year.

The trampoline is awesome. The kids love it and it feels like it can withstand anything. The zipper on our safety net broke right around the time the warranty was expiring, but they replaced it quickly and for free. Can’t recommend them enough!

Bought an trampoline during spring sale on march 25th. The sale ended march 31. Then price went up for 3 days before going in the easter sale which was a hundred dollar lower for the exact same thing. Contacted jumpflex and they said they couldn't do anything about it even if it was only 10 days ago. Shady marketing technique. As for the trampoline cant tell right now since i bought it early while there is still snow here to save money but ended up paying more. Should have went with my first choice an Acon trampoline

Delivery quick, happy with the transaction. Boxes arrived a tad damaged, but all of the parts seemed to be present. Something just to watch out for as the boxes are very heavy. Overall would highly recommend a purchase from Jumpflex.

Absolutely amazing trampoline, kids love it and it’s already money well spent. Order process was so simple. Shipping was very quick. Packaging was well protected, had a little hiccup with the sun shade as 2 got lost with delivery company but I honestly can’t fault jumpflex at all they replaced it immediately without fault. They was quick to respond to emails regarding the issue and most definitely quick to get another shipped asap 3rd time lucky it arrived. We've had the basic 15ft model for a little over a year. It's been the hit of our cul-de-sac! It's large, sturdy, and endless hours of fun! Last week, the zipper on the safety net busted. I called customer service and Brooke handled the issue quick and seamless. We were less than a week outside the warranty and Brooke sent us a new safety net at no charge. A real person answered the phone, the issue was handled without any back and forth, and our new net should arrive today. This level of customer service is rare these days! I appreciate the help from Brooke and the entire Jump Flex team for making a quality product that kids can enjoy for years. Thank you!

Works but does not match website photos I ordered a 12ft SmartShade a few months ago and after setting it up emailed JumpFlex about a concern I had. There is a huge gap all the way around between the SmartShade and the safety net. Initially I thought I was delivered the incorrect size but was informed that there should be a gap. However, the photos on the website show a way smaller gap along, and the section between each attachment is straight whereas mine is curved. It provides some shade, however nowhere near as the website makes it out to be.

All parts arrived safely. Three people erected it in a couple of hours. The children are enjoying it very much as are the adults.

The trampoline is excellent, good strong construction, the assembly was reasonably easy with 2 people. (We followed a You tube video. ) The only slight issue is the access in and out of the netting, our 4 year old granddaughter finds it’s a little awkward and the ladder could do with some deeper rungs on it. But all in all it was an excellent purchase
