The cooler performed well. The one star is for the company. Bought this cooler on Nov. 7th. Nov. 8th I get an email about 30% off site wide. The cooler I purchased was included in the sale. Called to see if I could get a price adjustment and get the sale price, (not out of line seeing how it was one day after my original order). I was told that if I wanted the sale price I would have to send the original back and order another one at the sale price, eating up much of what I would have saved. Can't trust any company let alone their warranty after being treated this way. I'm sure nobody will get to read this, but it made me feel good getting it off my chest

I ordered the custom tumblers from these guys. The quality is just as good as the Yetis and Stanley’s. I was worried because they were the most inexpensive option. Once I got them I was thrilled to find out the cups were supreme quality. I am handling these out at shows and different businesses. Everyone I have given them to are very impressed with the quality. I am looking at ordering some coolers next. I will be a life long Cordova customer the quality is exceptional.

The one drawback was I thought I purchased the orange cup with the name Sally on it. Sadly it was on the other tumbler. I went to verify if I made the mistake but the receipt doesn’t show the color and name. It’s hard to know where it went wrong 😢
