The service was wonderful in the return of an incorrect purchase and the purchase of the correct day pack cooler.

Great tumblers

Very nice and keeps drinks cold.

Cooler is super well built - am sure you could run it over with a truck and it’d be fine. Shipping arrived well before Christmas. Great product.

I ordered the item & a day later was notified personally by email that this item was out of stock. I was assured that it was on back order & that I would receive it before Christmas. I was kept informed about the status of my order. I felt like they treated me well. My item did arrive before Christmas.

Shiped pretty quick for being the holiday season!!! Super impressive

Awesome graphic and excellent cooler

trying to find a phone number to talk with someone was very difficult. Once I talked to someone service was great. Should put the phone number of the company front and center of your website. Not even on the website. I had to get the number by doing a company search on google

Great service
