trying to find a phone number to talk with someone was very difficult. Once I talked to someone service was great. Should put the phone number of the company front and center of your website. Not even on the website. I had to get the number by doing a company search on google

I like it, it keep my drinks cold but the Lid doesn’t have the proper ventilation , water comes out like a dropper 😂
