I ordered the American flag cooler(46772) four months ago and still have not received my cooler. They are not answering my emails or phone calls anymore.

Easy purchase.

I have not received my basket. My order number was 2418. Cordova was so busy that they was behind on sending my cooler. It arrived finally but with no paperwork and no baskets. Please finish my order thank you

Took MONTHS to receive my drain cap. No notice or anything. I called 3 weeks after ordering to get an update on the order, and Cordova casually tells me that it’s on back order and they should have it back in stock soon with no firm timeline. Not only was it late, it’s a proprietary plug, so there’s nothing on the market to use in the mean time. Very disappointing experience and not at all what I’d expect from a company that’s created such a great product.

There was a mistake with the order, but once it was brought to Cordova’s attention, they quickly made it right. I will continue to purchase and use their products.

The plug is good, but two weeks before it even seemed to be shipped was a little ridiculous for that small of an item.

I placed an order for a Cordova cooler over a month ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time it has taken to receive it. Despite the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase, I am still waiting for my order with no clear update on its status. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, since it was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I expected better communication and service from Cordova Outdoors. I hope this review prompts the company to improve their delivery process and customer service.
