I had a similar drainer,
I had a similar drainer, only black and hated it as it was difficult to clean and it never looked clean but this white draining area is very good and easy to take apart and clean. I gave it only four stars as the spoon drainage area is a little small and not so easy to clean but at least the spoons don't get lost inside the main part of the drainer. Looks good in the corner of my main drainer and fits well with the kitchen and doesn't show too much water stain from our very hard water. It was delivered in good time, in good packaging. Very good all round.

Unresponsive terrible customer service
I bought 2 expensive items online from Joseph Joseph which never arrived. It is impossible to speak to anyone at Customer Service. There is no functioning number. I only receive automated email responses with no solutions. I wrote to Richard Joseph CEO and got no response. I spoke to Evri the delivery company and it doesn't have the items. There is no-one from Joseph Joseph able to respond to this frustrating situation to help. I feel scammed by Joseph Joseph. Last time I will buy this brand.

My partner and I bought
My partner and I bought a soap dispenser from Joseph Joseph and it outlived two other brands versions, which we were impressed by. Then we bought a can opener and it's been great for 8+ years now. Then we replaced a whisk, a drawer organiser, a pizza cutter, mugs, garlic press, and oven gloves. . . all after the ones we had failed and frustrated us. We came to the realization that other brands were a waste of money and we would rather stick with Joseph Joseph from the start! Every Joseph Joseph product is still easy, clean and functioning after years of use. I love that they have a direct website and we can invest in our wishlist as we improve our home!

Ordering was easy and communication on the delivery was good. Some damage had occurred to an item during the delivery process but after contacting customer service a replacement was ordered and received. All good.
