Terrible never received item

I'm so disappointed in this company. Spent £500 on pans, still haven't received them. Customer service is just AI generated emails and no phone number to call and get a person to resolve. So surprised that premium products have such poor customer support! Avoid buying their products directly and buy elsewhere.

The product arrived but was wrong one. No replacement for my older Totem I bought in 2018! It has been a still is an amazing product and will out live me, still doing its job perfectly and no need for replacement. I just need an odour block cover
