Great product!! This is my second purchase. Original from 15 years ago is still going strong, was just looking for a different color.

Ordered a makeup case on December 1, was not delivered until January 13th. There was a payment error on the first few attempts of my order, but the last payment went through. I contacted support several times, and the issue was always eventually acknowledged. I felt that my inquiries ended up being ignored each time, as they always initially denied that I paid. It took several discussions with support over that period for order to eventually get shipped. I was promised several different shipping dates and they were never on time. Overall never felt that I was helped and was dissapointed in the whole experience.

Everything I ordered for Christmas Presents arrived and looked amazing! They are the best gifts. Affordable product and very well made. And the monograms make is a one of a kind gift.
