I placed my order December 1. Received the order the 24th. 3-1/2 weeks is unacceptable. I will not order from website again. And to top it off the initial on my order does not even show up. Again unacceptable! Jon Hart should be ashamed of this,

My order shipped out and stated delivered by UPS but it wasn’t delivered to my home. I contacted Jon Hart and gave them my order details and the delivery details. They had my order remade with the free promotional gift that was offered when I ordered and shipped within 2 days and opened up an investigation with UPS. They were so nice, made the process easy, and were so efficient with time. I absolutely love this company and will continue to order from them knowing that if anything happens they will be glad to take care of their customers.

My order took. Lee then 2 weeks to arrive. I called several times to check on my order and they told me that because it had to be stamped it would take longer. I ordered an airport Chico a few months ago and I got my order very quickly with the same heart stamp so I don’t know what the problem was. I will not be ordering from this company again.
