I ordered a piece of luggage for my grandsons graduation from high school. To make it more personal I had his initials put on the piece. He chose the color (blue). I had heard about These from my son and he highly recommended them. It took a few days over 4 weeks because it was created especially for my grandson (personal part). I am totally pleased with the color, the craftsmanship and the service. They deliver as they say. I had no issues whatsoever. When it was shipped I was notified and it was quick and safe. Price is reasonable to what you receive. I have one happy grandson off on another excursion before life intercedes in the fall. ( Instructions are included as to care. ) I love how the special hangups are handled and how much space was left for other essentials when zipped up. And it qualifies as a carry-on!

I asked when I placed the order if a gift box or gift bag was available. I never received a response. I purchased the large cosmetic case with monogram and the cosmetic insert for a high school graduation gift. It would have been lovely to receive the items in a gift box or bag.
