I bought the plastic 5-lug sizing template - and found it didn't fit my wheels! I called The Man and he diagnosed the issue almost instantly! I don't have actual "trailer" wheels. My semi-homebuilt has an old (90's) Plymouth Voyager rear axle, hub, and wheels (5x100mm - which is basically 5x4")!

Received a set of trailer lights and received 2 right hand lights instead of a set called and that sent out a left hand light the same day now that’s customer service I will definitely buy from them again I would give the an A++ rating very satisfied

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of Johnson's online store, but not so impressed with the product I ordered (a 5-bolt sizing template). While the plastic material is very sturdy, reading the raised numbers associated with each bolt hole is very difficult. You almost need a magnifying glass to read the numbers, which could be improved by making them either larger, or by some type of contrasting between numbers and the template itself.

The pump install went fine as was expected and it seems to work good, although no load has been lifted yet.

Just what we needed so we could get the right wheels for our trailer.

Ordered a bulletproof anti rattle hit hitch clamp and ordered the wrong size. Jalen contacted me to verify my order and adjusted the order for the correct size (2”) I needed. It arrived within a few days packed very well. Happy with purchase and experience. Looks very strong unlike other brands I’ve used in the past.

My suggestion would be something more solid protecting the hub caps. 3 of these were dented and wrecked beyond usability the other just didn’t look good. I got them coming to replace, just had not sat down to inform you about it. Just a suggestion as you know shipping companies can tear up an anvil.
