The Jim Shore website is well organized and eat to use. I appreciate the categories broken down by different subjects. This allows me to look quickly for what I want.

I found the creature to be very cute and well constructed.

If an order totals $60 or more, allowing free shipping, but then you apply your rewards, dropping the total below $60, the shipping charges are added. Not much benefit to rewards if shipping negates it. Need to fix your system so customer's aren't automatically punished if they used their rewards.

I love everything I get from Jim Shore. They make great gifts or just something added to the collection.

The ornaments and the peacock were lovely and very detailed.

I wish that I could personally thank Jim Shore for his customer service. When I received a broken gnome, I called & they immediately sent me out a replacement. Now that’s great customer service!! Thank you 😊 I would also like to say that I absolutely love the gnomes!! I can’t wait to see what Jim Shore creates next.

I bought my aunt the snoopy with the watermelon 🍉 and she loved it. She said it makes her smile every day.

Items arrived in good time and well packaged. The Hawksbill Sea Turtles and Tinkerbell were in wonderful condition, detailed, and full of color!!! Never disappointed! Will definitely order more in the future!
