I have always gotten the greatest service from Jim Shore, my purchases are always shipped promptly as soon as they're available and packaged to prevent damage. A couple times I've received a damaged item but it's always been replaced promptly. Love doing business with Jim Shore.

I bought this for myself . I’m a big Winnie the pooh fan . I love the fact that he’s a big figurine and the details are awsome . I hope Jim shore makes more disney figures the same size as pooh with the honey .

Customer Service is very helpful and polite. Selection on the website is great. Website is easy to use. Shipping is fairly speedy. I say this because I live in a rural area and it just takes a bit longer.

How could I explain the talent Jim Shore has. It must be God-given. This piece is absolutely amazingly beautiful. Whoever buys it surely will feel the same as I do.

The product is Great and my wife loves to collect them, but I don't care for the way they are packed for shipping. Although they arrived in good condition, the three items were put into a big box with very little packing material around them. When the box arrived it sounded as if they were all broken from all the movement and rattles inside the box. Thankfully they were ok but in this day & age when delivery staff isn't careful with packages, everything should be packed much better !

I like the larger size of this gnome with a flag and basket of fireworks. He's just large enough to be appropriate for a small gnome garden, which my sister has. This will be a Christmas gift for her. The gnome is cute, with personality, is well-made, with bright colors. I'm happy with my purchase.

Why is a customer penalized for using reward points when they bring the order below the $60 free shipping amount? You either use your reward points and pay shipping or you don't use reward points to get free shipping. This is the 4th time I have asked this question and have never received a response.

Product excellent don't honor points

The piece I ordered arrived broken. Contacted customer service and within a couple of hours I received a response. Process was super easy to get it replaced.
