It was okay. I had a question about color that I sent before I ordered but got no response. I did not get confirmation or info about delivery - I sent a question as to when to expect delivery and got a response a few days later. It came in about ten days -

Very disappointed. Rug already piling after just minimal outdoor use. Rug is on our covered patio and we have sat outside just a few times and recently noticed the rug piling under our barefeet. We don't wear shoes in the house so we step right onto this rug so issue is not caused by shoes.

The rug was nice looking but my complaint will be that the color of the rug was listed as “yellow” but it was more like gold. I went more with the description listed than the color on the screen as computers sometimes distort the colors. It also had some long strings from the binding process that had to be handled. Customer service was very responsive over billing issue.
