Wouldn't buy from her ever again

Waitlisted, waited, and totally worth it.

Not overly happy with the product but no response from any customer support to return. This is the second purchase I’ve made, the first rug I kept on purpose. Won’t buy another product from this company. Why have a return policy? You don’t even offer one.

Have ordered Jill Zarin rugs on the past, and was happy with purchases. Love the rug color and texture. But the quality of this runner doesn't match the previous ones. It is with flaws, loose threads and dirty areas, clearly was a return. I didn't have energy to exchange for another one.

I bought this as a 2 for one special and only received one candle. Since this was a gift, I never got the one for myself so I can’t comment on it. Send me the one I’m entitled to and I’ll be happy to write a review!

I purchased a rug based not only the look, but because of reviews from Jeff Lewis, who has consistently praised the quality and price. And I trust his feedback. I am thrilled with the product! And the ordering experience was simple with a very speedy delivery. I will definitely be ordering more!

Stinks! Would love a refund. It smells like perfume from the 1980s.

My rug arrived with just a couple pieces of tape to keep it together and was incredibly dirty. I have emailed 3 times and sent a DM on instagram and no one is responding. The rug smells like oil or gasoline and was sopping wet. I really hope you respond to my emails. Just tape, no other packaging for a $700 rug.

You did great as far as s/h , a well made candle , not crazy above the scent , so far palm beach is my favorite

Rug wasn’t what we needed for the space. Team response has been extremely poor. Impossible to return the two rugs I originally ordered. Very glad I wait for refunds before repurchasing any other size or style. Which I will not be doing as the return process is non existent.

The rug is stretched out on one side and does not lay flat. Customer service is non responsive.

Can’t wait to buy more!
