It took a while for the delivery, but it was worth the wait

My sheets were delivered less than a week after I placed my order.

I have bought several Luxe sheet sets. The last two have been lint nightmares. The latest set had to be washed six times before using.

We raised four sons and they all love the lux Sheets. When they come home to visit, the new rule is they have to change their bedding! Such a huge help having double sets for each bed; 2 king and 1 queen. Nothing but the best!

I keep looking on your web site to see if you are offering blue sheets. They could be navy or any shade of a lighter blue but not have been forthcoming. Disappointed.

Great product. My family has allergies and always has a reaction when burning candles, no issues when burning these. Great scents and customer service was super helpful and prompt when one candle arrived broken. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Recently emailed Jennifer Adams about an issue with the comforter set I purchased. They emailed me back in a very timely manner & answered all my questions very thoughtfully & professionally. I was very pleased with their response & they have a beautiful website displaying all their products which shows the quality & style their name represents.

I think I have bought five sets of Jennifer Adams sheets over the years and continue to enjoy their products. When I could not find the Costco representative to inquire as to availability and pricing of pillows, I reached out to corporate and they made sure that I was able to get what I wanted in a timely fashion.

i purchased two sets of sheets a year ago, and after using each set for about 6 months, both of the top sheets pilled really badly. I contacted support (Lisa), and her customer support was top notch. She completely understood the issue and though I couldn't get a replacement, she offered a refund. I would of preferred a replacement, though I understand with the transition out of Canada it wasn't possible. I accepeted the refund. She was very pleasant to talk to and understanding.

I emailed a question & they responded almost immediately.

Was disappointed in the Customer service. The first response gave me an option of ordering sheets that would cost more than the original sheets. After a 2nd email a customer service rep was able to help by looking on line at Costco and giving me the information. , It's a shame you don't sell them in Costco any more. I love these sheets and hope to always have access to them. Very thank ful for your customer service rep who checked on line.
