I am really pleased with my experience, everything i ordered came in a timely manner and everything was packed carefully so no broken or missing items.

Miserable. I asked for an order to be canceled minutes after I clicked check out. Reached out to customer service because it said on the order confirmation email if there was any issue with the order to talk to them. I was told they would cancel it. Ended up getting charged and the order sent anyways. It took weeks to hear back and I had to send follow ups. When I told them that happened, I got some auto generated email saying I could return it, but would have to pay the shipping fee. Why would I have to pay for the shipping fee when I was told the order would be canceled 3 weeks ago? I have asked if the shipping fee could be waived since it should have never been sent and havent heard back. Another week has passed. Really disappointing. JS used to have great customer service.

I placed an order almost a month ago now, it was shipped, came to my city in NY, and was sent back to Chatsworth CA where the company is based out of and then “picked up/delivered” to someone there. I haven’t heard back from anyone but an Ai bot after many emails sent. I had seen other reviews stating they never received their package but was hopeful this issue was in the past and unfortunately it seems to still be prevalent. Very disappointing experience. Especially when I was looking forward to trying the products based solely on Jeffreys reviews. Would love to hear back from someone.
