Ordered, and transaction was charged. No product arrived for 10 days and no tracking information (marked as unfulfilled). After 10 days, wrote to customer service and the AI assistant acknowledged the problem and forwarded us to a human. Human acknowledged the problem, and offered to deliver to an alternative address since we will now be unable to receive the package if it arrives after Christmas. We still don’t have a fulfillment date or shipping estimate. We ordered November 30 and it doesn’t look like it will arrive in time for Christmas gifting. I will update this review if the package arrives, or if the order is canceled.
