You guys charge me and never deliver my products

The shipping took a minute. About 10 business days. I was on pins and needles. Couldn’t wait. I was intimidated with such a highly regarded and acclaimed palette let alone from the entire collection. Couldn’t put it down. Blending new colors I’ve never thought I would enjoy. When they say a color story. They mean it. 10/10 would buy again. Can’t wait to purchase a new palette or even a vintage one.

So I had asked for the right color to be sent the correct color they sent me the wrong one and now I have to take the time to send it back do all that work and wait for my correct concealer to get back to me

Never received and it says it was delivered. emailed customer service but they are not helping. never ordering again.

I will always repurchase from this brand as it has what I would describe as luxury items that always perform exactly as described for their intended use.

Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and customer service never responded to any of my complaints. It was a huge disappointment.
