I just ordered Jeffree's Wyoming winter collection for my birthday I absolutely love it! I was so excited when it arrived and I love the pink box it came in and shipping only took a couple days so not bad at all.

This was my first purchase! You can definitely tell that JS puts pride in his products. The packaging and luxury quality of the items are quite surprising for the price! I have previously purchased many other non Jeffree Star items due to his reviews of the items. I have loved them all! When he came out with to build your own bundle, I knew I had to have one to experience many different products of JS at once. I love absolutely every one of the items in the build your own bundle promotion! I am on the website at least once daily now looking at new items or for sold out items to be restocked . have been sold out. Definitely a happy customer!⭐ I am in my 50s and feel young again. I stopped wearing makeup years ago, due to aging and costs of products. I feel beautiful again and looking forward to trying more of his amazing product line!⭐

i returned the palette and i have not gotten my refund. no one has even reached out or replied to my emails since it has been delivered back to them. i have tracking proof and wrote my order number on the outside of the box like they said to do. i didn't even open the actual palette box, its still taped closed. i just want my refund

Also, you have a make four payments available to purchase something but your for payment is every single week pay something it’s stupid. I’ve never ever had anything where it was a weekly payment maybe two maybe two payments this month two payments next month or four payments for the next couple of months but no every week they’re like we’re gonna take money let alone the fact that this item is the exact same as the original alien pallet and you didn’t really do it. You didn’t even change up the form and you sold it as if it was a brand new pallet not just a restock of a pallet you did years ago. It’s just so disappoint.
