We usually are very happy with our purchases, but I got my daughter a pallet for Christmas and when she opened it, it was actually popped up out of place. Emailed with customer service but have gotten no resolve.

You never bothered to ship my item in a timely manner and when I asked to cancel the order you miraculously processed the order. It took forever to arrive and you want the buyer to pay for a return!?! Complete joke of a company and I will never bother buying anything again.
