I will always repurchase from this brand as it has what I would describe as luxury items that always perform exactly as described for their intended use.

Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and customer service never responded to any of my complaints. It was a huge disappointment.

Shipping was quick within one week

Wow, super sonic delivery. . . what can I say' all the way to the uk in just over a week. Packaged great, products did not disappoint. I'd rather buy from Jefree Stars site to get full experience, it's great to trust who you're buying from, I know J got it covered & happy to support :) I'll be back soon xo

Shipping and service is always fantastic!!!! Love purchasing from Jeffree star cosmetics. Been buying for years, and every experience is always outstanding.

I'm obsessed with the bold, bright colors in this palette. Jeffree Star eyeshadows have the most badass colors and their blendability makes them really fun to play with! Husband-approved, too. ;)

It’s beautiful and came to me quickly! Thank you!

Fast shipping

This great fir the all the hippies out there

Nice

Shipping was on time

My first order was in 2015 and before this recent order back in 2021. I purchase mostly nude colors and hands down nobody is touching Dominatrix 😩 I’m sorry-if it works it works. Since it has been some time since my last purchase i can’t quite put my finger on and I haven’t researched it but the formula feels different but still performs the same i like both, but it feels more smooth granted previously I didn’t find any issues. Dominatrix outlined with skin tight in the center!!! I have a video of that combo on my T T under m s z c a r o l i n a m a m i i (no spaces)

quality makeup and skin care. it dont matter how old or young you are, these prodcuts are reliable, gentle and smell great.

I just ordered Jeffree's Wyoming winter collection for my birthday I absolutely love it! I was so excited when it arrived and I love the pink box it came in and shipping only took a couple days so not bad at all.

Had no issues with service , shipping was a little long

always love ordering from JS cosmetics! packaging is always super cute i’ve loved this company since i was a kid!

Excellent Service Beginning To End . Luvvv The Products And J~ Star ✨️💖

This was my first purchase! You can definitely tell that JS puts pride in his products. The packaging and luxury quality of the items are quite surprising for the price! I have previously purchased many other non Jeffree Star items due to his reviews of the items. I have loved them all! When he came out with to build your own bundle, I knew I had to have one to experience many different products of JS at once. I love absolutely every one of the items in the build your own bundle promotion! I am on the website at least once daily now looking at new items or for sold out items to be restocked . have been sold out. Definitely a happy customer!⭐ I am in my 50s and feel young again. I stopped wearing makeup years ago, due to aging and costs of products. I feel beautiful again and looking forward to trying more of his amazing product line!⭐
