Receiving the box felt like opening a present even though I bought it for myself. I kept the pink tissue paper to use again. First time customer. This isn't about the skin frost because I didn't contact the company about that. This rating is about the pallet that was in the same order. AI responded and said that the information would be given to a human and they would help me. No one contacted me. I tried a couple other times. No response. I did return that product. Cost $17 to ship back. Poor customer service. Had I not been informed that a human would get back with me, it wouldn't have been so frustrating. It is awful that a got a product I couldn't use then poor customer service, then I also had to pay more to return it.

I got the cowgirl queen eyeshadow pallet. I haven't used it yet. I can't wait to use it. I also got the rodeo love lipstick it is such a beautiful color. Love it.
