Terrible I feel robbed ! Order arrived smashed into smithereens, Customer Service are ignoring my response for a refund / resolution to this. So basically you have just taken my money for nothing. I will not be returning as a customer like I have for years if this is not resolved. Goes more downhill every year this is just the last straw

Awful customer service! I can’t get a response back from you guys, when I never recieved my product and it was returned to you over 2 weeks ago! There’s no efforts being made to resolve this matter, and there’s been zero communication on your end and that’s not okay at all!!!!

Over the moon with the product and service. The only slight disappointment was the UK courier. According to their tracking the parcel was out for delivery then back at the sorting centre, then back out for delivery. Three day delay but well worth the wait.
