Amazing

This was an amazing experience. I purchased a set of earrings from Jean Dousset for my wife's birthday, placed the order on a Tuesday, and picked them up the same day. They were beautifully packaged with paperwork for the diamond showing clarity and included cleaning solution. This is the second piece I have ordered from them, and my wife wears both of them daily.

It’s unique (but not being ostentatiously so)—EVERYONE comments on how beautiful it is and how it’s unlike anything they’ve seen before. AND equally important to us—it has lab-grown diamonds. We had a fitting at Tiffany’s but were immensely disappointed to learn they only used mined diamonds. And in the end—she liked the Dousset design A LOT more than any of the new or even classic Tiffany’s designs. Your customer service was excellent as well. We will definitely order jewelry from you again in the future.

I purchased an Elle engagement ring that was just delivered yesterday. The quality is great! The visuals online are indeed a true depiction and gave me a great idea of what the final product looked like, but holding in my hands and seeing it in person really let me appreciate the design. I enjoyed the ability to select and preview the gems and watch the videos to see the different qualities of each in order to pick out the perfect one for the ring. The packaging and the care kit are an awesome bonus. Now that I have the ring, I'm excited to finally pop the question!

After visiting dozens of jewelers (online and in-person) and looking at countless ring settings and stones, the clear leader in terms of customer support and quality, uniqueness, and overall craftsmanship of the rings was Jean Dousset. Being on the East Coast, I unfortunately never visited Jean Dousset's boutique in CA, and instead worked via email with Jessica (Director of Sales). I can't thank Jessica enough for all of her time and support in helping me to select an absolutely gorgeous setting and diamond and making an otherwise stressful process an incredibly easy and enjoyable one. While the ring was being crafted (approximately 3 weeks), I received frequent updates on its progress from Jane (Client Services Manager). Although Jean Dousset's website photos and videos are spectacular, the ring itself is even more impressive. Huge thanks to Jessica, Jane, and Jean Dousset - I couldn't be happier and am confident my fiance-to-be will be ecstatic!
