Once I got the card it was great, worked well with no problems. I am tired of having to keep verifying myself with CS every time I order. Causing a delay in me getting my card be as much as 4 hours after I responded to the initial email.

Customer service got back to me extremely quickly when I contacted them for assistance and resolved my problem almost immediately, which I really appreciate. It would have been good if they could have told me what had caused the problem, because I still don’t know what went wrong so I feel nervous about making another purchase, but that wasn’t addressed. Still an excellent support experience overall.
