I used the support function in the App. They handled the „awaiting review“ problem fast and I got my code. Definitely write them after 24 hours as advised and you will get your help even in corona times at a weekend!!

They really should remove the word 'instant' in their website
I will sound a total Karen here, but I can be confident enough that all of us have the same interpretation of the word 'instant'. So I ordered a 1000 JPY iTunes gift card on 26-Feb because I badly need to purchase a newly released song in the Japanese iTunes stores (it sucks to buy stuff there when your card is not from Japan). Thus, I'm here. I used PayPal as MOP for the purchase so my card was immediately charged. An hour passed and I sent a help ticket, like the impatient butthole I am, no response. My purchase just arrived minutes ago. I am pretty sure that timeframe is nowhere near the definition of 'instant'. Heck, I give it a 4-star in total because they didn't end up a scam. That's the most important factor here. I guess I will order again soon.
