I tried purchasing from the official app, but that didn’t work. I asked customer support which did get back to me and eventually fixed the problem after around a day of wait. I ditched the idea of paying on the app and just purchased the product on the PC before they fixed the issue, but you can tell they are listening to the customers. On the good side, they delivered their product instantly and did so in a secure fashion.
