The order came very fast

The replacement beyond matte foundation now has pump that has broken off glass bottle. There are tiny bits of glass in the makeup. This is not good enough Jane Iredale. Surely there should be a safety recall. I had previously used this a while ago with no problems. At $100 New Zealand dollars, I expect safe containers to store make up.

My favorite cosmetic brand for 20+ years. Excellent customer service. I just wish you were not continually discontinuing so many cool-toned products. You offer cool-neutral items but those are too warm, as they aren't blue based (contain a lot of brown). I have adored the PurePressed line since 2002, but I am down to using just the mineral foundation. None of the beautiful blushes (too orange) or eyeshadows (too yellow) works for my skin tone.

I love the Jane Iredale products. My dermatologist recommends them. They are made with good ingredients. Shipping has been good. I also had a return/replacement. That took a bit of time as the replacement (I needed a lighter shade) did not ship until the return was received back.

I don't know how the website folks have done it, but visiting the website feels like a trip to a delightful Iredale counter at a stand-up store. Ordering is a treat, and when the package comes, with its tissue, lavender sprig, and note, I feel like I got a personal gift on my doorstep. Thank you, Jane Iredale!

I was skeptical. I prefer a fiber brush but this was actually perfect! A true tubing mascara. I have hooded eyes and finally found a solid mascara that I’ll be purchasing again.
