The cleansing mitt that I have used for years. I could no longer purchase through my favorite department store and could only purchase directly online from the Jane Iredale website . What a delightful surprise purchasing this product on-line. . Each mitt was individually gift wrapped and placed inside its own personal sized box. A lovely note enclosed with a sprig of lavender too, along with instructions on the care of the mitts. When purchased from (won't name the department store), I don't recall ever receiving care instructions for the mitt nor information that the mitt's is made from organic material and enclosed in a personal sized box and gift wrapped. I also don't recall the new mitt being as soft of a fabric. This was luxury to my sensitive skin that turns red from washing and scrubbing gently with store bought organic wash cloths. No redness appearing after washing with this soft face cleansing mitt. I give the product five stars as well as the customer service.

I love the product but hate the packaging!

I am giving the Powder Me SPF product one star because both of the colors I tried were too light for my skin. I will say, when I brought this to the attention of a customer service representative, they responded promptly and sent me a replacement immediately. I will be seeking a full refund.

Easy order & delivery

I love Jane Iredale products and have been using this makeup since 2009z it was recommended by the aesthetician shop within my dermatologist's office. I have rosacea and dry skin, and now I have aging dry rosacea skin! The makeup does not irritate my skin.

Arrived quickly, well packed and sheets love the little sprig of lavender!
