Placing my order online and received the product on time was a positive experience. The packaging was awesome and felt personalized! The products ordered and received were disappointing! When you’re paying a high price for quality and the outcome falls short it becomes overwhelming especially in the times where living in. I’ve been purchasing Jane Iredale products for ten years. The foundation formula I’ve purchased for a number of years is no longer available. I ordered a replacement and it clearly was a disappointment. I tried a new to me product with my order. I ordered a pen application concealer. The product would not move out of the applicator to the brush tip. Complete waste of money!
