I’ve been a loyal Jane Iredale customer for more than a decade. Their products are exceptional, and I’ve always appreciated the care they put into every detail, including the beautiful way each order is wrapped in tissue paper with a stem of lavender. My recent customer service experience only deepened my appreciation for the brand. When a foundation shade recommended through their quiz wasn’t quite right, I received a prompt, thoughtful response that made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. A replacement was sent free of charge with expedited shipping. Jane Iredale continues to show that they truly value their customers.

Excellent online consultation help from extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. Extremely positive experience speaking to the JI staff make-up artist. Would recommend their free Zoom consultation process to assist with selecting perfect colour options and products. I've now changed all of my make-up to JI as I have very sensitive skin and the products are beautiful on the skin and not irritating. Super happy with everything I've purchased! Highly recommend this brand their professional staff for product consultation.
