Jane Iredale is my makeup for life!

I’m always impressed with the service from JI. If I’m ever unsure of a product or have questions, they enthusiastically answer my queries. Service plus amazing products-can’t go wrong ❤️

Arrived on time as indicated through Canada Post and packaging was carefully put together and wrapped. I’m very happy my products, shipment and cost of shipment (free over $100).

I really love the mineral foundation as it goes on so smoothly with no clumping even on heavy moisturizer. Plus I could not believe how quickly I got my delivery! Like the next day!

Received my order quickly and of course it is of high quality. I love love the lip stains. I always get compliments when i wear it.

Excellent products

My online shopping experience was great! All items were available and delivered in a timely manner. In addition, the Jane Team sent me a gift of a brush bag with a lavender stem. I was pleasantly surprized and it enriched my day! I stand by Jane Iredale from make up to tools, which are high in quality and pigment.

My package arrived quickly and beautifully presented. I will certainly be buying again. The eyeshadow is beautiful. Goes on very smoothly and really makes my blue eyes pop.

Fast delivery. I wish all the colour names/tones/numbers were consistent across the products (it's confusing when there are both Numbers and Names; for example, No. 5; Warm Silk; etc), but the makeup is still excellent.

Thé delivery was quick and of course the products are fantastic. Thank you!

I like your products but do not like your packaging with little bits of plants fall on to my floors.

thanks

Was excellent

Love the addition of a sprig of floral. All ordered items were in tack delivered safely.

Good communication; good shipping info given; packaging always feels very personal. I appreciate that!

Always easy and clear shopping experience and deliveries are within a few days.

I’m always satisfied with the product and service.
