Excellent online consultation help from extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. Extremely positive experience speaking to the JI staff make-up artist. Would recommend their free Zoom consultation process to assist with selecting perfect colour options and products. I've now changed all of my make-up to JI as I have very sensitive skin and the products are beautiful on the skin and not irritating. Super happy with everything I've purchased! Highly recommend this brand their professional staff for product consultation.

The Fit: The original color I ordered was unfortunately very light for my skin tone, but the company handled it flawlessly. The Service: Their customer service is truly amazing. I spoke with them on the phone, and they replaced the item for me immediately.
