I ordered two nice flasks in black leather pouches. They arrived very quick and opened them up and one of the round ball lids had dents in it. I was quite disappointed as they were gifts for a 50th. I emailed them saying I needed the lid replaced as I just couldn’t give it as gift like that and asked where to send it back to. They emailed back the same afternoon Saying not to worry to keep what I had and two days later a whole new flask (not just the lid) arrived. The best prompt and friendly service! And my friends love them! The quality is great too. Highly recommend!
